Can I change or cancel an order?

Generally it is always possible to change an order until it is not carried out: once the client receive the e-mail stating that the purchase has been carried out and/or shipped, it is not anymore possible to change it. Can I pay by C.O.D.?

No, it is not possible to pay by C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).

Can I return a product already received?

it is always possible to return the purchased products within 14 workable days starting from the delivery, upon condition that these goods have not been used and/or deteriorated by the client in any kind of testing. All the costs for returning the products shall be borne entirely by the client, unless the products do not correspond to what is specified in the description of the product itself at the time of purchase. It is not permitted to return products where changes expressively requested by the client have been applied.

Can I pick the goods up directly at your registered office?

Yes, you can upon prior appointment. 

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we do ship abroad. The fees may vary depending on the final destination. 

Who is producing your products?

The majority of our products are original Bimota pieces.

Is it possible to apply changes and personalization to the products?

Yes, it is. You should check the description of the product in order to be aware of how the requested products are sold and the possible changes applicable. All the possible changes and personalization shall be specified by the client at the moment of purchase in the field "Notes". Generally, any kind of change to the original part will determine a price increase which varies depending on the kind of change applied.

Are all of your products available in your warehouse?

Obviously not, but we try to have always available a wide range of products predominantly in use: around 7000 are available at the moment.
